About the Role

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date records, organize, and update company documents according to established procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective document control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present reports, spreadsheets, and documentation summaries to support business decisions.
  • Distribute meeting minutes and other important documents to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and filing records.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field (desired but not necessary).
  2. Prior experience in document control or administration would be beneficial.
  3. Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and proficient communication skills are crucial for this role.
