Job Overview:
Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited is seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide professional support to the Commercial Enablement Team. This role involves coordinating the gate approval process for new opportunities, managing databases, and providing administrative assistance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the pursuit approval process for new opportunities, including gate approval meetings and database maintenance.
- Distribute opportunity and pursuit information to relevant stakeholders in accordance with agreed criteria.
- Maintain opportunity and sales databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Respond to and resolve enquiries from various stakeholders, using excellent communication skills.
- Support the Commercial Enablement Team with ad-hoc tasks, such as editing and formatting proposals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy of work are essential.
