Order Management Specialist

We are seeking an Order Management Specialist to manage and grow our dropshipping business.

  • Process customer orders by purchasing products from selected retailers and fulfilling buyers' orders on Walmart.
  • Monitor and manage stock availability to ensure products are always available for sale.
  • Maintain and update product pricing to ensure healthy profit margins.
  • Search and list profitable products based on market demand and competitive research.
  • Track, update, and organize order records using Excel and internal tools.
  • Communicate with suppliers/retailers if any order issues arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders efficiently and effectively.
  2. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  3. Pricing Strategy: Analyze market trends and competitor prices to maintain optimal profit margins.
  4. Product Research: Identify and list high-demand products that meet market requirements.
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders and inventory using Excel and internal tools.
  6. Supplier Communication: Collaborate with suppliers and retailers to resolve any order-related issues.
