Job Description

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion within a designated territory. This will involve developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share, as well as building strong relationships with dealers and distributors.

Additionally, the Territory Business Manager will oversee credit and collection management, ensuring timely payment from customers and maintaining healthy financial relationships.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements territory sales and marketing plans, including market analysis, sales projections, and competitor research.
  • Collaborates with National Sales Managers to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Conducts regular market studies to stay informed about product pricing, competitor activities, and distribution networks.

Credit & Collection Management

  • Ensures efficient collection of payments from dealers and distributors, maintaining accounts within agreed credit terms.

Distributor Management (Customer Relationship Management)

  • Provides assistance to dealers and distributors in building their businesses, including sales strategy development, recruitment of sales personnel, and training on selling principles and techniques.
  • Offers technical assistance, such as baking demonstrations, to end-users.
  • Handles customer complaints and coordinates with Technical Service Analysts on quality issues.
  • Monitors and analyzes sales performance, providing recommendations and solutions to optimize results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Food Science/Technology.
  • Active non-professional driver's license.

Experience

  • At least one year of experience in related work, preferably in the FMCG industry.
