This role combines customer engagement, sales execution and coordination across internal teams to drive success in B2B industrial sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve assigned sales targets in the Southern Vietnam market.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign manufacturers in the electronics sector fostering long-term business partnerships.

• Conduct regular customer visits and communications to understand business needs offer appropriate solutions and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Provide technical consultations coordinate product demonstrations and work with technical experts to address customer requirements.

• Assist in proposal preparation quotations and commercial negotiations on pricing delivery terms and after-sales support.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery installation and after-sales service.

• Monitor local market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for business expansion and report insights to the management team.

• Support marketing initiatives by attending or helping organize seminars customer events and exhibitions in the region.

• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports including pipeline updates visit reports and forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the electronics industry excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

Electronics Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with electronic components manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

Sales Execution: Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
