You will play a pivotal role in guiding product development from inception to delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the product aligns with business objectives and drives innovation while achieving success.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders and engineering to synchronize product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Developing and maintaining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
  • Listening to customer feedback and analyzing user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement
  • Formulating and presenting product development ideas to stakeholders, as well as proactively updating them on progress
  • Creating product specifications and user stories, and working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood
  • Managing the product backlog and prioritizing items based on changing requirements
  • Continuously improving the product delivery process by embracing agile principles and methodologies
  • Coaching and mentoring other product leaders and team members to develop their product management skills
  • Acquiring a deep understanding of the product, tracking product metrics to measure success, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or any similar role)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver products on time and within budget.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and in growth-focused development
  • Solid understanding of the principles and psychology behind good UX
