As a seasoned product manager, you will oversee our comprehensive catalog from inception to end, encompassing strategic development, supplier partnerships, technical support, and procurement. You will be the go-to expert on what we offer, its significance, and ensuring optimal stock levels.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that demands collaboration across teams, liaising with manufacturers, launching new products, and guaranteeing customer demand is met. You will contribute to shaping our growth trajectory while maintaining the stability of our core offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Become the internal authority for all product-related inquiries
  • Support technical feasibility assessments and assist with complex requests for quotes (RFQs)
  • Provide training to internal teams and develop tools to simplify sales and support processes
  • Develop and maintain detailed specification sheets, documentation, and internal product resources
Managing and Growing the Catalog
  • Owning accuracy and documentation across our product listings
  • Monitoring performance, returns, and customer feedback
  • Identifying gaps and leading the addition of new products, collaborating with suppliers to source OEM or private label items, and working with the team to market and launch them
  • Forecasting demand and ensuring inventory levels meet business needs
  • Processing purchase orders, following up with suppliers, and managing delivery timelines
  • Tracking supplier performance, including costs, responsiveness, and quality
  • Supporting inventory planning and purchasing adjustments with the operations team
Maintaining Documentation & Compliance
  • Reviewing and managing computer-aided design (CAD) files, certifications, and compliance documentation
  • Ensuring product specifications, listings, and supporting documents are always current and easily understandable
You Might Be a Fit If You...
  • Have 2–5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, engineering, or catalog operations
  • Familiarity with flow control, automation, or mechanical components
  • Able to interpret technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and specification sheets
  • Comfortable communicating with manufacturers, suppliers, and customers
  • Detailed-oriented, organized, and results-driven
  • Passionate about being deeply involved in what gets sold and how it's supported
