Job Title: Product Leader

The role of a Product Owner plays a pivotal part in the development lifecycle. They are integral to the SCRUM team and serve as a liaison between product and development teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic input to the leadership on business direction, growth, and sustaining initiatives for the Super App Emerging Industries business.
  • Manage various ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support business needs.
  • Act as an alternate for other team members when required, ensuring smooth workflow in the use case process.
  • Champion the creation and maintenance of essential product reference materials.
  • Support partner acquisition and retention by addressing product inquiries and enhancing the end-to-end partner customer experience.
  • Champion product offerings' enhancements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and the product development roadmap.
  • Cross-functional collaboration is key to understanding new product/process enhancements, marketing promotions, and offline payment initiatives.

Deliverables and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Effectively manage the product backlog, translating business strategy into actionable tasks for development.
  • Break down epics into user stories, arrange and prioritize sprints, and evaluate progress at each development stage.
  • Monitor monthly active users (MAU), revenue targets, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure all merchant onboarding and integration documents are complete and accurate.
  • Regularly review business performance with the merchant account team to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Oversee campaign execution and product enhancements, ensuring success rates align with MAU and revenue targets.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong background in product or marketing management.
  • Preferably with experience in fintech, banking, eCommerce, or IT industries.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Driven, self-managed, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficient in data analysis and comfortable handling large data sets.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google & MS Office applications, particularly Google Slides/Powerpoint and Sheets/Excel; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
