Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Senior Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you'll play a vital role in streamlining internal processes and ensuring seamless project execution.

You'll be responsible for building, configuring, and optimizing workflows in Monday.com, as well as designing and implementing automations and integrations to boost efficiency. Your exceptional organizational skills will enable you to coordinate multiple projects, guaranteeing deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are consistently met.

A strong collaborator, you'll work closely with internal teams to align on priorities, delivery quality, and client satisfaction. You'll also iterate on processes and workflows based on feedback, continually improving our operational efficiency.

In addition to your technical expertise, you'll possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide clear updates on project progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in project management or operations, preferably in an agency or client-side setting
  • Specialist-level knowledge of Monday.com (workflow design, automations, dashboards)
  • Strong skills in workflow optimization, systems, and operations
  • Background in marketing agencies or growth consultancies
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
