Customer Experience Coach Role

This is a key position within our organization, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences through first-class call and email assessments, coaching sessions, reporting, and training suggestions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough quality assessments of sales and service interactions
  • Facilitate feedback and coaching sessions to enhance client performance
  • Develop and deliver training programs to improve staff engagement and client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with teams to create and implement effective training strategies
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in client relationships
  • Recognize and capitalize on sales opportunities
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or customer service roles
  • 5+ years in leadership or coaching positions
  • Proven ability to assess and provide feedback on inbound and outbound calls and emails
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt coaching approaches to diverse learning styles
  • Demonstrated passion for supporting team members and fostering collaboration
  • Strong commitment to integrity in all interactions and feedback processes
  • Customer-centric approach focused on delivering value and satisfaction
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
