Remote Team Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and professional Remote Team Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, guiding them through the early stages, and building strong relationships with clients.

This is a critical role that requires exceptional communication, professionalism, and intelligence. You will represent our company to potential clients and maintain ongoing contact once they partner with us.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business or a related field and possess fluency in English. They will also have experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing, preferably in a client-facing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs
  • Presentation of our services confidently, asking the right questions, and tailoring solutions accordingly
  • Guiding clients through every step: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding
  • Maintaining communication during the sourcing phase and managing follow-ups after candidate presentations
  • Becoming the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identifying upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
  • Handling administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements

Requirements:

  • Fluent English — both written and spoken
  • Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable
  • Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy
  • University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles
  • Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy

  • Experience with international clients
  • Familiarity with remote hiring models and roles such as executive assistants, developers, marketers, analysts, or accountants
