Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring patients have confidence in accessing care by verifying insurance benefits and running prescription monitoring program reports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying insurance coverage for patients to provide accurate information.
  • Running PMP reports to support safe prescribing practices.
  • Communicating effectively with patients about their coverage.
  • Entering client personal health information and other clinical data.
