Care Operations Specialist

This is a full-time remote role that requires meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Manage patient documents, including medical records, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies.
  • Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities.
  • Record Retrieval: Request and follow up on medical records via calls and emails.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, medical records management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ year experience in administrative or operations roles.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and solve problems creatively.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional care without compromise.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with hands-on experience navigating Google Drive and other cloud-based tools for document management and communication.
