This is a full-time remote role that requires meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Document Management: Manage patient documents, including medical records, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities.
- Record Retrieval: Request and follow up on medical records via calls and emails.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes.
- Relationship Building: Build meaningful relationships with parents as part of the support team.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing, healthcare administration, medical records management, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ year experience in administrative or operations roles.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask and solve problems creatively.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional care without compromise.
- Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with hands-on experience navigating Google Drive and other cloud-based tools for document management and communication.
