Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Property and Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, project management, construction management, and building management.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Background in architecture, project management, construction management, or building management.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Hands-on experience in property maintenance, facility management, or construction oversight.
  • Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
  • Keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and coordinating maintenance and surveillance of nine properties, including offices and residential buildings.
  • Managing properties at different stages of development, from construction to fully furnished and operational.
  • Ensuring that necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Acting as a liaison between contractors, vendors, and property stakeholders.
  • Monitoring progress on construction and renovation projects to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Developing and implementing building management best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety.
  • Providing regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.
