Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Service Manager to join our team at John Clements Japan Desk (PERSOL PHILIPPINES). The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the superior in planning and organizing the overall activities of the Service Department, ensuring the company's set quality and standards for regular and special service jobs of elevators and escalators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of contract proposals for newly turned-over projects and old projects without a previous contract.
  • Prepare and submit correspondence and reports as required by the superior.
  • Monitor the financial status of the department and forecast manpower requirements.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure effective performance of their jobs and personal growth.
  • Perform other service-related tasks assigned by the superior.
Requirements
  • Graduate of BS in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, preferably licensed by the Professional Regulation Commission.
  • At least five (5) years of experience in elevator/escalator servicing works, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and oral English and Tagalog.
  • Strong leadership capability and ability to train and teach people.
