Job Title: Service Supervisor Elevator and Escalator Service

John Clements Recruitment Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of elevators and escalators, ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and implement monthly and daily work schedules, conduct daily toolbox meetings, and discuss safety concerns with team members.
  • Conduct regular performance checks of all equipment in the area, identify areas for improvement, and recommend necessary repairs or maintenance.
  • Prepare all necessary materials and schedules for approved repair services, reconstruction, and additional features requested by clients.
  • Coordinate with other sections to ensure proper maintenance of elevators and escalators.
  • Monitor all trouble calls in the area of responsibility and take appropriate action.
  • Prepare quotations for all recommendations written in preventive maintenance and repair service reports.
  • Implement a work plan for monitoring each project.
  • Conduct rescue seminars for project teams to teach basic elevator rescue techniques.
  • Provide all necessary documents required by clients to release payment, including certification, attachments, and warranty certificates.
  • Conduct annual checks on hoisting ropes and overhauling brakes for all projects with contracts.
  • Establish good contact with clients and owners, entertain suggestions, and propose recommendations for unit operation improvement.
  • Assist in collecting billings and train subordinates to ensure effective job performance.
  • Promote modernization schemes for outdated elevator systems.
  • Implement safety measures at sites.
  • Perform other service-related tasks as required to carry out functions properly.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any Engineering course, preferably licensed.
  • Preferably with experience in field engineering.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written (English and Tagalog).
  • Ability to relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and strong leadership potential.
  • Capable of negotiating effectively with prospective clients.

Head Office, Pasig, and Quezon City Office (5-day workweek) Mon-Fri/Tue-Sat
