Key Responsibilities:- Making outbound calls to potential customers
- Scheduling consultations between contacts and sales team members
- Accurately inputting data into our system
- Representing the company in a professional manner during conversations
- Ensuring all calls meet company standards and requirements
- Delivering accurate reports on time
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
- At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Generation Specialist, Appointment Coordinator, or similar role;
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Basic technical skills, including navigation, software applications, and troubleshooting
- Strong internet connection
- Designated quiet workspace
- Amenable to working graveyard shifts
- Proactive, adaptable, and flexible individuals
- Highly professional candidates
- Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve desired outcomes
