About the role

We are seeking an experienced Online Scheduler to join our team at QQEnglish in our Cebu City, Cebu office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and coordination of our online English classes, ensuring a seamless experience for both our teachers and students.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the online class schedule, coordinating with teachers and students to ensure classes are scheduled efficiently
  • Communicate with students to confirm class times and provide support with any scheduling changes or issues
  • Liaise with the teaching team to ensure class assignments and schedules are accurate and up-to-date
  • Maintain detailed records of class schedules, attendance, and any necessary information
  • Provide excellent customer service to both teachers and students, addressing any scheduling-related inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with the wider team to identify and implement process improvements for scheduling and coordination

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or scheduling role, preferably in an online or education environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficient in using scheduling and calendar management software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
