Job Description

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for creating and executing innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent or resources. This includes building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.

This role requires strong expertise in Boolean search techniques, advanced knowledge on sourcing methods methodologies, tools, and technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, with a focus on sourcing technical roles preferably in Auditing Firm.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong expertise in building relationships and strategic alliances; creates the right environment for teamwork.

Additional Notes

This position will work with a global organization, requiring the ability to collaborate across different time zones and cultures.
