Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct confidential interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role;

  • Offer guidance and facilitate the negotiation process through to its completion;

  • A graduate degree from any 4-year course;
  • Willingness to work onsite in Makati City;
