Job Title: Workday HCM Analyst Consultant

This role is for an experienced professional in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) with a focus on delivering solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Workday HCM Analyst Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients across various regions, including APAC, EMEA, and NA.

You will work closely with our implementation teams to deliver high-quality services, identify business requirements, and provide innovative solutions to complex business problems. Your strong analytical skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients will be essential in this role.

  • Execute daily tasks related to Workday HCM project support, including ad-hoc support and implementation.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
  • Conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and offer solutions to complex business issues.
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting client requirements after production.
  • Become a Workday HCM expert with in-depth knowledge of core functionality and future product direction.
  • Mentor other consultants and share product knowledge actively with others to grow our practice.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction.
  • Active HCM Workday Certification is mandatory.
  • Workday Functional Supplemental Certification is beneficial (Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation, etc.).
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills, with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in analytics and reporting tools.
