Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and provide seamless candidate experiences from start to finish
  • Build relationships with managers, interviewers, recruiters, and HRBPs to drive performance and optimize processes
  • Oversee onboarding tasks and questions for new hires, including background checks and compliance paperwork
  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and optimizing scheduling efficiency
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in offer documentation, adhering to location-specific laws and regulations
Requirements:
  • College graduate in a relevant field, such as Psychology or Human Resources
  • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or project coordination in high-growth environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Experience with Workday as an ATS and proficiency in scheduling tools
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tooling and follow established processes for data creation
  • Professional demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in reactive, ambiguous environments with high pressure
  • Attention to detail and curiosity about workflow processes
