Job Title: Workday Payroll Consultant

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Workday Payroll Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our payroll delivery service, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring enterprise-scale Workday solutions for our global customer base.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Workday solutions for customers
  • Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality results
  • Understand customer requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
  • Support junior team members and share knowledge
  • Plan own workload and meet deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Apply relevant standards and procedures to ensure high-quality work

Requirements:

  • Workday HCM, Financials or Payroll Certification (US payroll required)
  • Experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of project dynamics
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Some consulting skills, such as presenting and explaining functionality to customers
