Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic finance leader to support our executive leadership team. This role will provide comprehensive financial updates, guiding fiscal planning and growth across multiple entities and states.

The ideal candidate will oversee month-end reporting, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation, as well as manage cash flows analysis, annual budgeting processes, and driving financial accountability across all departments.

This is a dynamic role that requires exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Provide regular financial updates, forecasts, and insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Accounting Operations: Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, adhering to regulatory and GAAP compliance.
  • Tax Compliance & Filing: Oversee all tax-related responsibilities, including income tax filings, multi-state tax compliance, and other required submissions.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Support: Assist executive leadership in M&A activities, including financial due diligence, integration planning, and financial analysis for potential acquisitions.
  • KPI Development & Monitoring: Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive both team-level and business-wide performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-entity, multi-state payroll, tax filings, and compliance requirements, including experience with income tax.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation for multi-entity organizations.
  • Familiarity with M&A processes and experience supporting due diligence and financial integration activities is a plus.
