About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial modeling, data analysis, and communication.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for consolidating historical financial information, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • They will prepare weekly trading profit and trend reports for senior leadership and the board of directors.
  • Additionally, they will develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform the following key responsibilities:

  1. Financial Consolidation and Forecasting
  • Consolidate historical financial information from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and budgets.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare weekly trading profit and trend reports.
  • Analyze performance and provide insights to senior leadership and the board.
Financial Modeling
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes.
  • Collaborate with divisional finance teams to understand performance and variances.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  1. Strong Financial Skills
  • CPA license is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to senior leadership and the board.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with financial software and ERP systems is desired.
