Job Overview

A highly skilled Financial Business Analyst is sought to drive financial insights, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and develop strategies for sustainable growth.

This role is critical in partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial analysis and recommendations that support operational efficiency and scalability.

The ideal candidate will possess strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or health-tech industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessments.
  • Evaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalability.
  • Support strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining both.
  • Proven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high level.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficiencies.

Additional requirements include proficiency with BI and data visualization tools, advanced skills in Excel, and strong communication skills.
