Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS) and productivity suites.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and telephony systems.
