Job Opportunity

This role involves overseeing a team of virtual assistants, ensuring alignment between their performance and clients' expectations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations, planning, and problem-solving for a team of client-VA pairs to meet client-set objectives.
  • Partner with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and client-VA pairs.
  • Collaborate with clients to grow their businesses using Global Medical services.
  • Manage relationships between medical clients and VAs.
  • Mitigate concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, high-level escalations, negotiations, and more while managing clients' needs with Global Medical services.
Essential Qualifications
  • A degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is highly preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare/medical management/remote management (familiarity with operational processes).
  • High proficiency in the English language (both written and oral communication).
  • Ability to perform under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, focused, organized, and possessing a growth mindset.
  • One year of training and development experience (preferable but not required).
  • Ability to think creatively and devise solutions as needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to flexible working hours.
