This is an opportunity to build a career in global trade compliance. As a Trade Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that clients receive accurate information and resolving customs issues in their respective countries.

You will work closely with team leaders to communicate with clients and provide advice on trade compliance matters. Additionally, you will help train new hires through regular check of their work and provide feedback to improve their skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:">

  1. ">
  2. In charge of QC work and audit of requests received from client to make sure they receive the correct information">

  1. ">
  2. Assisting the client when they face any customs issue in their respective countries and making sure we give them the correct advice to move forward with their shipments">

  1. ">
  2. Assisting team leader in communication with the client for their requests and other trade compliance matters">
">
  1. ">
  2. Help with the training and development of our new hires through regular check of their work and providing feedback and pointers to improve their skills">

  1. ">
  2. Assist on any work process improvement initiatives to improve the overall efficiency and share best practices">
