Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the global marketing strategy for our IT solutions, software, and services.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, conduct market research, analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute GTM strategies for IT product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning.
  3. Build and refine customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging.
  4. Create and enhance sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, whitepapers).
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging.
  6. Drive demand generation initiatives by supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, and ABM strategies.
  7. Define KPIs and performance metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  1. 8+ years of experience in product marketing within IT, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  2. Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions.
  3. Proven track record of launching and scaling technology products in global markets.
  4. Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms.
  6. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams.
