Product Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee the development and delivery of our managed services portfolio. This role will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, product lifecycles, and service performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key vendors to drive service growth and procurement efficiency.
  • Oversight of the full product lifecycle from roadmap development to launch, optimization, and catalog management.
  • Collaboration with engineering and support teams to design and integrate scalable, vendor-aligned services.
  • Partnership with Finance and Procurement on pricing models and budgeting to ensure services remain competitive and profitable.
  • Customer-centric approach through analysis of feedback, improvement of reliability and security standards, and escalation point for critical vendor-related issues.
  • Risk management and compliance oversight to mitigate technology, supply chain, and regulatory risks.
  • Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams on go-to-market strategies, sourcing, inventory planning, and enablement programs.
