About Our Property Management Role

Our company seeks a skilled Virtual Property Manager to oversee the success of a portfolio of properties. This individual will need to be proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent customer service skills.

The Virtual Property Manager plays a vital role in our organization and is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors. They must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Customer Service
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, property owners, and vendors through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • New Client Onboarding
  • Efficiently set up new properties in client software platforms, ensuring seamless transitions and timely updates to property owners.
  • Lease Renewals
  • Track and manage renewals to minimize vacancies and maximize revenue potential.
  • Maintenance
  • Oversee maintenance tasks, assign work to vendors, obtain approval, and ensure successful completion and billing.
  • Tenant Management
  • Coordinate tenant move-ins, rent collection, posting of late notices, lease enforcement, and tenant move-outs.
  • Social Media Management
  • Assist in creating and posting engaging content on social media platforms to promote our brand and services.
