Commercial Loan Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new commercial loans, developing existing loan portfolios, and improving quality and cross-selling bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve portfolio growth and profitability objectives.
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with customers, providing professional account management and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market and deliver bank products and services within the bounds of bank policies and governing laws and regulations.
- Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, or Commerce. Post-graduate degree (e.g., MBA, MA) preferred.
- Knowledge of international and local trade payments/practices, policies and procedures, account profitability analysis, financial analysis, and credit approval preparation.
- Two (2) years banking experience, or five (5) years in other industries.
- Proficient in basic MS Office applications, marketing and presentation skills, and excellent oral and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
