Job Summary

This role involves leading the development of sales proposals and presentations to pursue new business opportunities.

A successful candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and research skills, as well as a deep understanding of the contact center industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop proposal plans and outlines, and lead integrated pursuit teams to meet schedules and deadlines.
  • Analyze requests for proposals (RFPs) and contribute to bid strategy and win themes.
  • Maintain close working relationships with stakeholders to generate high-quality proposals and presentations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in proposal management, preferably in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
