Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Proposal Content Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility is to review, refine and humanize proposals generated by AI.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and refine AI-generated proposals for clarity, accuracy and a human touch.
  • Humanize and edit content to align with client tone, brand and requirements.
  • Incorporate AI automation tools to improve efficiency in content creation and proposal workflows.
  • Develop compelling and persuasive proposal content that resonates with clients.
  • Set up and maintain automation systems to streamline proposal and communication processes.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven experience in proposal writing.
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate technical or AI-generated content into clear, engaging narratives.
