Proposal Development Specialist

This role involves the development and management of proposals to secure funding for various projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in proposal development, bid management, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather information about new proposals and opportunities that align with our capabilities and strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with partners to create consortia and partnerships to pursue large bids and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of RFPs, RFIs, and other opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end bid process, including coordinating internal resources and submitting bids on time.
- Collaborate with team members to develop technical solutions and pricing strategies that meet client needs.
- Ensure that all required documentation is prepared, organized, and submitted according to RFP/RTA requirements.
Requirements:
- Up to 3 years of experience in proposal development and bid management, preferably in the non-profit sector or with consulting industries.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, climate, sustainability or a related field.
- Demonstrated success in writing and winning proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, preferably in the non-profit sector or consulting industries.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals and bids simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and trends related to sustainable finance and/or climate change solutions.
