Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sourcer to join our team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping businesses solve problems through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential customers using various tools and databases
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in our CRM system
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points
- Present our SaaS solution's value proposition effectively
- Schedule qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
- Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
- Achieve monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline generation
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our CRM
Required Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or business development
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong phone presence and professional demeanor
- Proficiency with CRM systems
- Experience with sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
