Zoho Platform Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee the transition of our operations to a Zoho-based platform, responsible for managing inventory, customer management, sales, invoices, and integrations. This involves ensuring seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities:- Migrate company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations).
- Ensure efficient system operation by maintaining and optimizing Zoho applications.
- Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Continuously improve business processes to enhance workflow and automation.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
- Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho applications.
- Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.
