Job Description

The ideal candidate will oversee the transition of our operations to a Zoho-based platform, responsible for managing inventory, customer management, sales, invoices, and integrations. This involves ensuring seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Migrate company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations).
  2. Ensure efficient system operation by maintaining and optimizing Zoho applications.
  3. Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho tools.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
  5. Continuously improve business processes to enhance workflow and automation.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho applications.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.
