Expert Migration & Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to migrate our core operations, including inventory, customer management, sales tracking, invoicing, and integrations to Zoho One.

  • Migrate critical data, including inventory, customer information, sales records, invoices, and integrations to Zoho with minimal disruption.
  • Configure and optimize Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Set up third-party integrations using Zoho Flow, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect.
  • Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure data security, manage user roles and permissions, and establish best practices for system use.
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities, troubleshoot system issues, and optimize performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Zoho One (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Creator).
  • Experience in data migration for inventory, sales, and financial records from other platforms to Zoho.
  • Strong knowledge of automation tools (Deluge scripting, Zapier, Make/Integromat, Pabbly Connect).
  • Ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications.
  • Background in business process automation and optimization for jewelry or retail industries.
