As a highly skilled professional in business migration and management, you will play a crucial role in successfully transitioning our jewelry company's core operations to Zoho One.

The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless transition of data, optimize workflows, and effectively manage the Zoho ecosystem post-migration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transfer key business data to Zoho with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Configure and enhance Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, and other Zoho applications for sales and financial efficiency.
  • Set up integrations using automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Pabbly Connect.
  • Develop custom scripts to automate tasks and streamline workflow efficiency.
  • Guarantee data security and implement best practices for system use.
  • Provide training to team members on Zoho functionalities and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Regular System Maintenance: Periodically update Zoho applications and enhance system capabilities based on evolving business needs.
Requirements:

Demonstrated expertise in Zoho One, specifically in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Desk. Experience in data migration from other platforms to Zoho is essential.

Strong knowledge of automation tools and ability to integrate Zoho APIs with third-party applications.

Background in business process automation and optimization for the retail industry.

Excellent analytical skills to assess workflow efficiency and implement improvements.

Ability to train and support users in Zoho functionalities and troubleshooting.

Attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring data accuracy during migration and system management.
