Senior Zoho Migration Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Zoho Migration Manager to lead the migration of our jewelry company's operations to Zoho, including inventory, customer management, sales, invoices, and integrations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications, as well as experience in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy, ensuring seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.

Additional responsibilities include training team members on using Zoho applications, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and continuously improving processes to enhance business workflow and automation.

Responsibilities:

  • Migrate company data and processes to Zoho (inventory, customers, sales, invoices, and integrations).
  • Ensure seamless integration between Zoho and QuickBooks for accounting and financial tracking.
  • Maintain and optimize the Zoho system for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members on using Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance business workflow and automation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Books implementation and management.
  • Strong understanding of QuickBooks and its integration with Zoho.
  • Background in inventory management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to optimize business workflows.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to train and support team members in utilizing Zoho efficiently.
