Key Responsibilities

  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on the required skills and qualifications.
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
  • Provide administrative support during the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
