About the Role

In this position, you will have the opportunity to capture key points during live or recorded calls, prepare daily call lists and agendas, manage meeting schedules, and compile insightful reports on key metrics and performance indicators.

You will also be responsible for maintaining virtual files, managing email correspondence, and coordinating calendar appointments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transcription: capturing essential information during client interactions.
  • Call Preparation: organizing daily call lists and agendas to ensure seamless communication.
  • Schedule Coordination: managing meeting schedules, including adjustments and cancellations.
  • Report Management: compiling detailed reports on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Virtual File Management: maintaining organized and accessible virtual files.
  • Administrative Support: managing email correspondence, calendar appointments, and other operational tasks efficiently.
Required Qualifications:
  • Relationship Skills: the ability to connect, collaborate, and foster trust.
  • Work Ethic: a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • Technical Requirements:
  • Intel Core i3 (6th-12th gen), i5, i7, or AMD equivalent.
  • 8GB RAM, 60GB free hard disk space.
  • Windows or Mac operating system.
  • 10 Mbps DSL/Fiber Internet connection.
