Virtual Medical Leadership Opportunity

The Virtual Medical Manager plays a pivotal role in facilitating seamless communication between virtual assistants and clients, driving business growth and meeting performance targets.

  • Lead daily operations of medical client-VA pairs to optimize productivity and profitability.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists and leverage Global Medical's services.
  • Effectively manage medical client-VA relationships, addressing concerns and anticipating opportunities for growth.

Required Skills:

  • Medical or healthcare-related degree preferred.
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare management, remote management, or a related field.
  • Highly proficient English language skills (written and oral).
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with high-level professionals.
  • Self-motivated, focused, and organized, with a growth mindset.
