
Virtual Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Executive/Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to our executive team from a remote location.
The ideal candidate will have excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.
This role involves managing a wide range of administrative and personal tasks, including calendar management, correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
You will also prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, as well as coordinate meetings and events.
Additionally, you will manage incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive team and handle confidential information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
Assisting with personal errands and tasks as needed, organizing and maintaining files and records, and acting as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders are also key responsibilities.
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an executive or personal assistant.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously are essential for this role.
