Job Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Ecommerce Support Specialist to support our growing team. The ideal candidate is experienced, takes initiative, and can work independently with minimal supervision. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and consistently meets deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative and ecommerce tasks such as customer support and order processing.
  • Assist in coordinating and launching email campaigns using Klaviyo or Mailchimp.
  • Create social media posts and respond to basic inquiries.
  • Support product reviews and feedback management using Yotpo.
  • Update and manage products using Magento.
  • Perform general virtual assistant tasks like report generation, document formatting, and data entry.
Requirements
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and full-shift availability.
  • Efficiency: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Initiative: A go-getter attitude with a proactive approach to completing tasks.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant virtual assistant or ecommerce experience.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Yotpo, Magento, and MS Word is a plus (training provided if needed).
