US Financial Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client order information, as well as maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Process high-volume client orders on time accurately, ensuring full compliance with client contract requirements and internal standards.
- Maintain a strong commitment to data accuracy and completeness across all accounting and client-related documentation.
- Audit accounting outputs (client invoices, vendor bills, revenue reports, gross margins, etc.) to ensure precision, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions when needed.
- Analyze and interpret accounting data to support decision-making and maintain client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with the Accounting team.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong experience with high-volume data entry, data interpretation, and data quality assurance.
- Solid understanding of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.
