Financial Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive financial specialist to support our team in managing the billing and collections process.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records, including customer contact information and billing details.
- Coordinate correspondence for past-due accounts and initiate follow-up with delinquent customers.
- Monitor overdue accounts, generate reports, and develop strategies for collection.
- Research payment discrepancies and resolve billing issues in collaboration with the finance team.
- Work closely with accountants to reconcile financial accounts regularly.
- Prepare custom reports on account status as requested by management.
- Ensure secure storage and retrieval of financial documents.
- Communicate account updates to internal stakeholders.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or accounting functions.
- Experience using accounting systems (e.g., ERP) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools and software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and ability to collaborate across departments.
