Job Title: Property Asset Manager

This is a challenging role that involves overseeing the management of government and company-owned assets. The ideal candidate will have experience in property and logistics management, with a strong understanding of DoD property accountability standards and PIEE platforms.

  • Maintain accurate records of all assets, including their location, condition, and ownership status.
  • Supervise the receipt, inspection, tagging, labeling, and secure storage of equipment.
  • Manage property transfers, including documentation and coordination of related activities.
  • Oversee logistics for site deliveries, staff travel, and equipment movements.
  • Prepare and submit reports for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
">Key Responsibilities:">
  1. Master Government Property List (MGPL) Management: Ensure accurate asset records by maintaining and updating the MGPL.
  2. Asset Receipt and Inspection: Supervise the receipt, inspection, tagging, labeling, and secure storage of equipment.
  3. Property Transfers: Manage property transfers, including documentation and coordination of related activities.
  4. Logistics Management: Oversee logistics for site deliveries, staff travel, and equipment movements.
  5. Reporting: Prepare and submit reports for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in property and logistics management.
  • Solid understanding of DoD property accountability standards and PIEE platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory control, shipping coordination, and asset transfers.
