Cloud Channel Growth Strategist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Channel Growth Strategist to join our team at Alibaba Cloud. This role will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in our channel ecosystem, leveraging our global solutions to meet the needs of our partners and customers.
The ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in channel or sales, with a proven track record of success in targeting technology and cloud-native sectors. They will also be comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally diverse environment and be able to direct collaborative efforts within a large organization.
Responsibilities
- Carry out annual revenue targets to sell Alibaba Cloud global solutions through our channel ecosystem
- Create and execute strategies to build, protect, and grow partner relationships
- Develop partnerships with business communities to leverage our global solutions
- Build strong sales pipelines, enhance customer onboarding, and partner enablement programs
- Provide training and workshops to partners to enhance brand awareness and improve collaborations
Requirements
- More than 5 years of experience in channel or sales, targeting technology and cloud-native sectors
- Experience with partnership, alliance program, and channel platform preferred
- Ability to manage change, resolve conflicts, and ensure collaboration within teams and/or units
- Exceptional organizational skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously
